How did you find your way to Avtex?
Actually, a former coworker reached out to me and we used to work together at IBM years ago and she knew that I was looking to get back into sales operations and she said “Hey just keep an eye on Avtex and Genesys” and I kept looking at the careers pages and so I was aware of Avtex and the great work that was going on here and was on the lookout but then my previous coworker really alerted me to this particular opportunity.
How would you define exceptional customer experience?
Anytime that you leave the experience feeling better about either the company, yourself, or what you were trying to do then that is exceptional. When you're free from the frustration and you get done what you needed to get done and it's not a hassle and you’re uplifted from what you've just done or encountered, I think that's a good experience.
What makes Avtex a place that you would recommend to peers and colleagues?
I think what I've really been blown away by is not just the kindness of the coworkers and the teams and even people that I wouldn't necessarily be working with on a day-to-day basis but the transparency from the senior leadership team and that open-door policy that you just don't see especially in a company of this size and a company that's growing so rapidly. It’s the openness of communication that is outstanding.
It's a very exciting time for Avtex and there's a lot going on and a lot of moving parts but are a lot of great things that are not only happening but that are about to happen as well. We're in an incredible position to really take this industry to a new level and it's a very exciting time to be here.
