What Personal Data does Avtex collect through our AppFoundry Marketplace applications?
In general, we process information that your organization already collects and provides to Genesys Telecommunications through the AppFoundry Marketplace.
While it varies by application, Avtex may collect personal data (such as name, address, telephone number, or email address, employer name, employer address or products and operating systems used) when it is voluntarily made available to us by you or your organization.
How may we use personal data collected through our AppFoundry Marketplace applications?
We will use this information to provide the services offered through our applications.
We will not sell or otherwise transfer the personal data we process to any third party unless (1) otherwise disclosed to you when you submit information; (2) in connection with the merger or sale of our company or assets; (3) to contractors who may help us to provide our services to you; or (4) for compliance with possible legal or governmental disclosure requirements. We do not rent, sell or otherwise share information that we collect through our AppFoundry Marketplace applications with outside parties.

Global Privacy Control
If you use the Global Privacy Control, our website will respond to your Do Not Track signal. - Specific pieces of Personal Information we collected about you during the preceding 12 months.
- Categories of Personal Information we have sold and categories of third parties to whom the information was sold during the preceding 12 months.
- Categories of Personal Information we disclosed about you for a business purpose during the preceding 12 months.
We will not discriminate against you because you exercised your rights under this section of our Notice.
Households. TTEC does not hold personal information at the household level as defined by the CCPA. If you would like to submit a request for multiple people in the same household, please submit an individual request for each person.
Authorized Agents. If you are registered as an Authorized Agent by the California Secretary of State and would like to enter a request on behalf of a California resident, please submit the request via privacy@ttec.com . Upon submission, you may be required to submit documentation showing proof of written permission from the consumer authorizing you to submit a request on their behalf. You will also be required to upload proof that you are an Authorized Agent registered with the California Secretary of State. We reserve the right to require consumers to confirm their request and/or identity.
