George joins Avtex as a Principal Client Success Manager. Prior to Avtex, he was a Senior CSM at Pegasystems in the Financial Services Strategic Account Team covering American Express and Mastercard. Before Pega, George was a Principal CSM at Oracle covering strategic accounts within the Service Cloud (RightNow) Pillar including Amex, Barclays, Santander Fidelity, and others. He has also led client service teams delivering full end-to-end call center load and performance testing engagements at Fortune 500 companies while at Empirix.
