Dawn Zielinski has been in the telecommunications industry since 1994, after graduating from ITT Technical Institute. She began installing and servicing the Nortel line of key systems and PBXs. This also included CallPilot and Contact Center. After Nortel was acquired by Avaya, and IP telephony was picking up speed, IP Office and Avaya Aura Contact Center became part of her portfolio. Independently and always looking for new opportunities to learn and grow, Dawn acquired her CCNA certification. She is looking forward to becoming a part of our great team where she can grow, as well as contribute.
