Senior Workforce Management Consultant
Tommy Templin was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. It is nothing like Dallas, but a whole lot better. If you come to visit you will know what he means. For over 20 years, Tommy has been working in the contact center industry, holding positions ranging from sales/support to consulting to senior management. Across his career, Tommy has worked for organizations such as LiveVox, Genesys/Interactive Intelligence, Bay Bridge, United Health Group and others, often specializing in workforce management and optimization.
Tommy is joining the contact center Consulting Services team in his new role as Senior Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant, where he can get back to his passion of working with and collaborating with our clients every day, to ensure they are utilizing the right WFM tools while leveraging best practices and industry standards.
