After many years of enterprise technology sales and consulting work for companies like Microsoft, Robert was convinced by his employer that the skills to understand an audience and create relationships were well aligned with the objectives Intel had while ramping up a new recruitment marketing practice. The satisfaction and joy that Robert derives from this work cannot be overstated. The opportunity to consult, plan, create, deploy, manage, report, and connect great candidates to their employer uses more of his skills than any other role so far in his career. In his free time, Robert loves cooking, backcountry and alpine skiing with his daughter, and forest hikes that produce chanterelles for his kitchen!
