Michael has spent 20+ years in the contact center space specializing in innovations, integrations, and technology partnerships. Michael spent 15 years at Interactive Intelligence prior to joining Avtex. During his time at ININ, he managed development teams responsible for all integrations between CIC (now PureConnect), PureCloud and CRM, UC, and WFM systems. Additionally, he built the Alliances and technology partnership team to round out the platforms with best in breed contact center technologies. At Avtex, Michael is responsible for driving innovation into solutions which provide additional value to the Avtex partner solutions we provide meeting both broad and targeted vertical markets.
