Senior Technical Consultant

Michael joins Avtex as a Senior Technical Consultant with 14 years of experience in IT and 10 years of experience within the PureConnect environment. From 2007 to 2014 Michael worked for Tacamor Call Centers in many different roles from call center agent to Junior IT and left Tacamor with the title of IT Manager, supporting 3 call center locations, 2 locations in Newfoundland, and 1 location in Toronto Ontario. Michael's first introduction to PureConnect was in 2010 when he assisted in the implementation of CaaS across Tacamor's 3 call center locations. After leaving Tacamor, Michael worked remotely with, Genesys From 2014 to 2018 on the SIP team where he became a remote Senior SIP engineer working from his home office in Newfoundland, Canada. After 4 great years with Genesys, Michael took an offer to work for a smaller Canadian partner in supporting all skills of PureConnect. He stayed there for 2+ years and decided the smaller partner was not where he really wanted to be, and he reached out to Avtex.
