How did you find your way to Avtex?
I was part of Adapt! So it’s more Adapt found Avtex. I had always known about Avtex and everything that was going on and now we’re all one!
How does what you do in your role impact Customer Experience for our clients?
I do all of the SmartApps support. I have the best of both worlds really. I still do support and work with customers but I can also do a little bit of development. I’m very hands-on and I fix our customer’s problems and make them happy!
What parts of your job do you find the most satisfying?
I like that I can schedule my own day, I like that I can pick my own meeting times and I’m very flexible. I like having control over my day.
