Senior Client Success Manager
Joey is excited to join Avtex as a Sr. Client Success Manager. Previously, Joey was the Technical Account Manager/Senior Technical Customer Success Manager owning the NICE CXone and manages service(s) customer relationships for Sitel. His primary focuses were in the area of the NICE CXone suite of products and helping his customers to be more effective and efficient in their use of the solutions they were utilizing while also focusing on adoption and retention. Joey was the primary technical resource for his customers bringing with him a background in contact center processes and technologies. Before Sitel, Joey spent several years working at NICE CXone as a Customer Success/Technical Account Manager and approximately 10 years prior to that acting primarily as a Systems Administrator across various industries.
Joey has spent over 20 years in a technical role of some sort while also managing a variety of projects and teams. Joey brings a strong background and understanding of how to build and transform business processes while building and developing strong and lasting relationships with the partners he has worked with throughout his career.
Joey resides in West Jordan, UT where he is a single dad to his 14-year-old son Landon. In his free time, he can be found camping or fishing as he recently has departed from coaching football, but has hopes of coaching again in the future. Joey has always had a love for sports and you can find him primarily cheering for the Chicago Bears while also supporting the New York Yankees, Notre Dame Fighting Irish, and Utah Jazz. Joey is excited to be a part of the team and is looking forward to being a part of the Avtex family and working directly with our clients and partners to ensure an exceptional level of success.
