Jessica Musard has nearly two decades of contact center experience, holding various roles with a focus on Workforce Management. Her WFM experience covers a range of industries including pharmaceutical distribution, retail, insurance, and IT. Prior to joining Avtex, Jessica was a consultant specializing in process improvement and project management for WFM at Nationwide Insurance, where she developed a passion for leveraging the employee experience to drive customer experience.
Jessica lives in Columbus, Ohio and is a graduate of The Ohio State University. She loves the Buckeyes, road trips, and spending time with family, including the furry ones.
