As the COO, Bryce is responsible for end-to-end operations execution and performance at TTEC Digital. Having worked in the tech industry for more than 25 years, he has a strong track record of building and continuously evolving client service teams and offerings within growing technology organizations.
As an alumnus of the University of Wisconsin - Madison, Bryce is an avid Badger fan and more recently graduated from the Minnesota Executive Program at the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. In his spare time, he enjoys experiencing the great outdoors with his wife and two children.
