Brian Lannan
Vice President of Retail Experience
Based out of Minneapolis, Brian joins us with nearly 15 years of retail experience developing and leading strategy, insights, and CX capabilities. In his most recent role, Brian led the Guest Experience team at Target, where he was responsible for experience strategy and insights, guest-centric culture development, voice of guest, and brand and reputation insights. In his time at Target he led strategy and insights work for a wide range of businesses across merchandising, marketing, corporate responsibility, stores, contact centers, and digital.
Brian holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, as well as a Bachelor's Degree from Indiana University, where he studied mathematics, economics, and Spanish. Brian lives in Plymouth, MN with his wife of over 20 years, their 13yo daughter, and their 9yo son. They love to spend their time playing guitar, piano, drums, basketball, baseball, volleyball, tennis, and board games. They're also big movie buffs and will enthusiastically debate with you the rankings of the various Star Wars and MCU films.
