What are some words you would use to describe Avtex?
Ethical. Hard-working. Committed to Excellence. Solutions Provider. Respect is a big one around here. Teamwork as well, I think people are really strong team players so teamwork is big.
What makes Avtex a place you would recommend to peers and colleagues?
I think the best thing I have found is that people are willing to roll their sleeves up and figure it out. There is not a whole lot of “we can’t” around here. There is always a solution and people are really excited to find it.
What does Customer Experience mean to you?
It’s about when you walk away from an engagement as the customer and you’re completely satisfied and ready to recommend that company to other people and tell a good story about what that experience was like. Too many people get stuck thinking customer experience is about avoiding the negative but the real opportunity is making sure your customers are so jubilant that they want to share all the positives from their experience.
What parts of your job do you find the most satisfying?
Oh when something works and you get to the end of the problem and check all the boxes and you’ve solved it! I think a lot of people feel that way but that is an exciting part of the week to check off the box and knowing something is fixed.
