How does what you do in your role impact Customer Experience for our clients?
We are the design arm of our engagement solutions. What my team specifically does is show and visualize the designs for solutions that are going to create better customer experiences.
What parts of your job do you find the most satisfying?
Providing solutions that have value and hearing that we achieved the intended results and a customer has benefited from something we recommended. We go in before the fact and analyze their situation and find room for improvement. We then build a solution to deliver some outcomes.
What's your favorite part about living and working remotely?
I get more done. I get more done because there is less commuting and office distractions and all the actions that are involved with coming into the office every day. But still, with the tools we have today the collaboration is there. I do a lot of video calls, I love having face to face conversations and it’s much more productive for me.
