Alex feels honored to join the Avtex family as a Solution Architect working within the Power Platform/Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) ecosystem. His experience in consulting in this realm spans over a decade. His most recent project was leading a Dynamics 365 F&O integration with Dynamics 365 CE with more than 5 additional integrations as well as creating a data warehouse for consumption of critical data in CE for sales representatives to consume F&O data in a centralized experience; His goal was a 360-degree view of the customer without having to navigate two different systems.
Alex has a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of San Diego, as well as an Associate’s of Applied Science in Computing and Information Technology from the College of Southern Nevada. His career started right out of college at a small San Diego security firm where he worked as the CRM admin for the firm’s Dynamics CRM 2011 Online deployment. During his tenure there, he administered deployment upgrades and architected the system all the way up through D365 Online. He was involved in designing and creating many robust Field Service customizations to serve the sales team, scheduling, accounting, operations, and alarm technicians. This created a seamless customer experience but also translated into a high degree of user adoption internally in the organization. Alex’s expertise lies heaviest in the Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Sales, Field Service, Marketing, Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, SQL, SSIS, KingsWaySoft, and ClickDimensions.
