MINNEAPOLIS, MN – May 5, 2021 – Avtex, a TTEC Digital company, announced today that TMC, a global, integrated media company, has named them as a recipient of a 2021 CRM Excellence Award, presented by CUSTOMER magazine. Avtex won for the work they did with Chipotle around Microsoft Customer Insights.
Through expert consultation and implementation of Customer Insights, Avtex helped Chipotle build systems and processes that would help them translate data into actionable insights. Avtex provided proprietary third-party enrichment services, the unification engine of Customer Insights, and the extendibility of the platform across the Microsoft stack, including Power BI, Power Apps, Azure Synapse, Machine Learning, and AI.
