MINNEAPOLIS, MN – April 9, 2021 – Avtex, a customer experience (CX) consulting and technology company, has hired Debabrata Majumder as the Director of Consulting and Delivery for their Global Delivery Center (GDC) in India. He comes to Avtex with close to sixteen years of consulting, technology, delivery, and leadership experience, primarily leading offshore teams.
Deba began his career at Accenture in the .Net space and then moved to Dynamics CRM. During his tenure there he gained experience in design, development methodologies, testing and handling technical and functional queries. He also joined the Dynamics CRM Center of Excellence, working to develop and deliver customized Dynamics CRM assets. Following his time at Accenture, Deba spent nearly 5 years at HCL, where he helped build the Dynamics practice which grew to nearly 300 people. He personally led the entire UK portfolio of customer engagement projects.

As the Director of Consulting and Delivery, Deba will be responsible for building and leading the Customer Engagement practice at the Avtex GDC, focusing on building a team of next-generation consultants. This team will serve as an extension to other Avtex teams across locations, performing at similar levels with similar capabilities. The new Customer Engagement practice will be competitive in the market for enterprise projects as well as serving as a breeding ground where talents can become true consultants and deliver the experience we promise to our clients.
