The transformation started with a fully customized and optimized deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Throughout the implementation, Avtex worked closely with the Handyman Connection team to ensure all of their needs and goals were met during the initial deployment. By doing so, Avtex positioned Handyman Connection for success right from the launch of their new information management platform.

The two teams also worked closely to develop new and more effective processes and policies for capturing, storing, tagging and leveraging Handyman Connection’s valuable customer data.
