Avtex Welcomes Kurt Schroeder as Chief Experience Officer

At Avtex, we are focused on continually improving our ability to offer clients the best possible support and service. We accomplish this goal by hiring the best and the brightest, adding new solutions and service offerings, and expanding our internal knowledge of our technology and partners.

I’m pleased to announce that Kurt Schroeder has joined the Avtex team as our Chief Experience Officer. In his new role, Kurt will lead the development and growth of our CX practice.

Kurt comes to us from Baker Tilly, LLP where he developed the Growth Strategies into a national practice. The Growth Strategies practice focused on improving top line revenue through sales effectiveness, marketing effectiveness and customer experience. Over the past 25 years he has had responsibility for developing and leading consulting organizations of varying sizes concentrating on customer interactions, CRM and market strategy.

Kurt’s addition to the Avtex team is a strategic move to improve our ability to help clients address all aspects of the customer experience. With a rising demand for integrating technology into the customer experience platform, Kurt’s thought leadership and proven experience will be instrumental in delivering CX innovation within our client base.

Kurt has hit the ground running, and is already hard at work meeting with clients and getting up to speed with all that Avtex has to offer.

In addition to his work with our clients, Kurt will also continue to act as a thought leader within the CX universe. He’s already committed to three upcoming speaking engagements on the topic of CX Innovation and was recently published in the Business Journal. Just last week, he was the paid speaker at a Credit Union user group, and was asked to return to on the Member Experience at their large customer conference with about 400 Credit Unions.

The acquisition of an experienced leader within the CX practice reinforces our standing as a true end-to-end CX consultancy.
